Make your own Christmas postage stamps
Royal Mail makes it easy: upload your own photos for personalised postage. By Adrienne Wyper
Keen to make it a handmade Christmas? Did you know you can create your own postage stamps, with Royal Mail? Perfect for posting your handmade Christmas cards!
These personalised stamps are called Smilers. To create them, you choose your design (there are other occasions as well as Christmas options), upload a photo, then the stamps are posted to you.
A sheet of 10 first-class Smilers costs £10.20; £18.65 for 20. For second-class a sheet of 20 costs £14.60; and from £14.45 for 10 international Smilers. Find out more and create your Smilers on the Royal Mail website.
You can also create Smilers with an app. Download the Smilers apps for iPhone, iPad and Android.
And you can also order Smilers by post. Download the order form from the 'How to buy' section.
