Make a child's Halloween ghost costume
Try this quick and easy classic Halloween costume idea. By Adrienne Wyper

For a last-minute Halloween costume for a child, a ghost is classically chilling.
Take an old white sheet. A flat, not fitted, one is obviously better, but if fitted is all you have, just trim off the elasticated edges.
Drape the sheet evenly over the child. The edges should almost reach the floor.
Gently feel where the child's eyes are, and mark with a pen. Cut out circles larger than the eyes.
For added authenticity, give the child a layer of deathly pale make-up, as glimpses of the face will be visible through the eye holes. Alternatively, black rings around the eyes give a ghoulish effect.
White clothes (including white gloves) and shoes should be worn.
