How to arrange roses in a square glass vase
Cool and contemporary, this is a completely unfussy way to arrange roses

This modern arrangement shows off the simple beauty of the roses in a tightly packed square shape.
You will need
clear sticky tape
square glass tank vase
16 roses (you may need more if your vase is bigger)
Step 1
Add water to the vase.
Stick criss-cross strips of tape across the top of the vase to form a lattice to support the roses. (This photo has been altered to show the tape; it's virtually invisible in use.)
Trim the rose stems to the right length, so that the flowerhead sits just above the top of the vase.
Step 2
Push the rose stems into the gaps between the lengths of tape.
As an alternative arrangement, cut the rose stems to just below the flowerhead and pack ino the bottom of the vase. This is also an option if some of your roses start to droop.
