Flower arranging: shades of autumn
Mix mellow seasonal hues, with chrysanthemums, gerberas, twigs and autumn leaves

You will need:
● opaque vase in a strong colour
● sticky tape
● scissors
● selection of foliage in various shades
● gerberas
● chrysanthemums
● packet of dried leaves (available from florists)
Step 1
Make a grid across the top of the vase with tape. This will prevent any long stems flopping over.
Step 2
Add longer stems of twig foliage first, making sure they are different heights.
Step 3
Add leafy foliage, keeping the height lower than the twig foliage.
Step 4
Trim stems on gerberas and place three in vase fill in any gaps with chrysanthemums. Add dried leaves to bottom of arrangement
