Sew fabric covers for tissue pocket packs: free sewing pattern
Use pretty fabrics to make covers for pocket-sized packs of tissues. By Kirsty Robertson

You will need
Oddments of printed cotton fabric
Matching thread
Pocket packs of tissues (buy multipacks from supermarkets)
How to make
1 Cut a 19cm x 15cm rectangle from fabric. Press under 5mm, then 1cm on both 15cm sides of the fabric and stitch to form neat hems. With right sides together, fold the cover in half with hemmed edges meeting in the centre. (See the diagrams below.)
2 Pin and stitch the side seams, taking 1cm seam allowances. Fold each corner as shown and stitch across for 2cm. Trim the seams to 1cm and turn right side out. Press and insert pocket pack of tissues.
