Sew a tweed pencil case: free sewing pattern
Keep your pens in this grown-up pencil case

To make:
Cut two rectangles 23cm x 12cm from tweed.
Press under 1.5cm along one long edge of each and insert a zip.
Open zip slightly and with right sides together, pin and stitch edges, taking 1.5cm seam allowance.
Press seams open and neaten.
Fold bottom corners with seams matching and stitch across.
Trim and neaten. Turn right-side out. Tie ribbon through the zip pull.
