Stencilling ideas for walls

The beauty of stencilling is the wide range of designs available.

 

It's really easy to achieve great results and you can decide exactly how much of the wall you want to cover. Try a metallic design on a matt wall, as shown, or go for a matt stencil to contrast with a glossy wall.

Step 1

Gather your equipment together before stencilling.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 2

Take a small amount of paint onto a stencil brush, then rub in circles onto kitchen paper until the bristles are damp
