Tester's verdict ‘My face looked radiant and felt protected afterwards, too. This is a must for any dry skin sufferers.'
Rating: 5 stars

Guinot Masque Hydra Beauté, £26.50
Key ingredients
Shea butter
The claims ‘Refreshes dehydrated skin, brightens the complexion and minimises signs
of fatigue.'
Tester's verdict ‘Although it could be easier to remove, this rich mask didn't aggravate my sensitive skin, which felt softer and brighter than before. The label recommends using it twice a week, though, which would mean I'd finish it in just two weeks.'
Rating: 3 stars

Origins Drink Up, £15

Dermalogica Skin Hydrating Masque, £24.30 (0800 591818)

Bitter orange, hops, cucumber, arnica and vitamins A, C and E.
The claims ‘A refreshing, oil-free gel that restores critical moisture and helps to restore suppleness and reduce appearance of fine lines.'
Tester's verdict ‘The mask went on well, and I could feel it working in seconds. My face felt clean, hydrated and fresh afterwards. I'd definitely use it again.'
Rating: 4 stars

Crabtree & Evelyn Rejuvenating Mask, £18.50 (020 7361 0499)
Key ingredients
Papaya and pineapple fruit extracts, willowherb and honey.
The claims ‘Restores radiance and reveals dreamy, fresh skin.'
