A DHA is the ingredient that makes self-tan develop. However, unlike most other ranges, Palmer-Cutler uses a natural form of DHA extracted from sugar cane. People allergic to scientifically manufactured DHA have used Palmer-Cutler It...is GelTan (£18.99 for 200ml, Boots) with no ill effects, but I'd still recommend you do a patch test first.
