John Torode's Christmas turkey stuffing recipes

The stuffing can add so much to a Christmas meal, giving the turkey a wonderful new flavour. Make the following stuffings ahead of the day and try them out beforehand. How much you need will depend on the size of your turkey of course, but we think you should overestimate to ensure you have enough for the cavities of your turkey.
