Method
Now add celery to pan and fry quickly for 2 mins. Throw in garlic and stir well, then add mushrooms. Continue to fry till mushrooms begin to colour, and add a little stock. Bring to boil and bubble for 2 mins, so sauce thickens and reduces slightly, return beef to pan, then gradually add remaining stock. Add noodles to pan, stir and cook till warmed through. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped red chilli and coriander.
