Fabric

Pretreat or soak in warm water with biological laundry liquid. Wash as usual, adding bleach if safe for the fabric.

Upholstery

Mix one tablespoon of washing up liquid with two cups of cool water. Using a clean white cloth, sponge the stain with the detergent solution and blot until the liquid is absorbed. Keep sponging and blotting until the stain disappears.

If the stain remains, use an eye dropper to apply hydrogen peroxide, and then add a drop or two of ammonia. Sponge with cold water and blot dry.
